Discover how the natural instincts and behaviors of horses and donkeys can transform your mental health, relationships, and self-awareness. This engaging and interactive class explores the unique wisdom of equines, focusing on three key areas: emotional congruence, mindfulness, and healthy relationship. Learn how equines respond to our inner emotions, live fully in the present moment, and navigate relationships with clarity and respect. Through reflective exercises, mindfulness practices, and real-world applications, you’ll gain practical tools to enhance your emotional well-being and build stronger connections. Whether you’re curious about equine-assisted services or simply looking for fresh insights into mental health, this class offers a powerful and inspiring perspective.
