Chiropractic care is about more than just relieving discomfort—it’s about enhancing the way your body communicates, adapts, and thrives. Your nervous system is the master control system of your body, coordinating every function from movement and digestion to emotions and stress responses. When your spine is healthy and free from interference, your body can self-heal, self-regulate, and self-organize more efficiently, unlocking a greater expression of life and potential.
Although many people experience significant pain relief through chiropractic care, it is not a treatment for pain or medical conditions—it is a way to support your body’s natural healing ability. Many health challenges arise from inefficient adaptations to stress, whether from your environment, lifestyle, or emotional state. When your spine and nervous system function optimally, your body is better equipped to resolve these secondary conditions naturally.
Many people receiving regular care in our office report:
Improved sleep
Better digestion
Feeling more relaxed
Greater ability to handle stress
Less anxiety
Easier, deeper breathing
Improved posture awareness
Fewer headaches
Reduced pain
Increased flexibility
Smoother, easier movement
Enhanced ability to listen to the body’s needs
More confidence and mental clarity
And more...
We also see measurable improvements in:
Posture
Balance
Ranges of motion
Muscle strength and function
Muscle tension patterns
Stress levels and overall health status (based on surveys)
Heart Rate Variability (an indicator of stress resilience)
By enhancing the nervous system’s ability to adapt, chiropractic care supports not just how you feel, but how you function in every aspect of life. If you’re ready to experience these benefits for yourself, let’s explore how this care can support your journey.

Anyone seeking better health, greater adaptability, and a deeper connection to their body can benefit from chiropractic care. Your spine and nervous system influence every aspect of your well-being, yet interference in their function is often silent—showing up not as pain, but as fatigue, stress, tension, or a reduced ability to adapt to life’s demands.
Regular chiropractic care helps support your body’s ability to self-regulate, heal, and function at its best. Whether you are looking to improve physical performance, emotional resilience, or overall vitality, having your spine and nervous system evaluated ensures you are moving toward optimal health.
Chiropractic care is safe and effective at any age, providing essential support for infants, children, adults, and elders alike. From the earliest stages of life to later years, spinal care helps you thrive at every stage, adapting to the unique challenges and experiences of each phase of life.

I understand that many people associate chiropractic care with twisting movements and the popping sound that often comes with spinal adjustments. My approach, however, is different.
In NetworkSpinal Care, I apply light, gentle pressures to specific areas of the spine and surrounding regions. These contacts help increase your brain’s awareness of stored tension and stress patterns, allowing your body to develop new, more efficient ways to release and reorganize tension. Through this process, two unique spinal waves emerge—the respiratory wave, which enhances breath movement along the spine, and the NetworkSpinal wave, which promotes greater nervous system coordination and adaptability. These waves play a key role in helping your body reorganize itself and function with more ease.
If a manual spinal adjustment is needed, I use gentle, precise methods such as advanced instrument-assisted adjustments, blocking techniques, and light pressures to support alignment and movement without forceful twisting.
What About the Popping Sound?
The popping sound many people associate with chiropractic adjustments is known as cavitation. It occurs when gases (oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide) temporarily shift out of the synovial fluid within the joint space. This happens when a joint is stretched enough to create a vacuum effect, causing tiny gas bubbles to form and rapidly collapse. While this can provide temporary relief, a true adjustment is not about making a joint pop—it’s about improving function and communication within the nervous system.
Why Are Twisting Movements Used in Some Chiropractic Adjustments?
Traditional chiropractic techniques often use short, quick stretches with specific pressures to mobilize restricted tissues or reposition joints. This method has been used effectively for many years and is generally safe. However, my approach is different because my focus is not just on movement and alignment but on helping your body develop new strategies for self-regulation and adaptability.
At Evolve Holistic Center, the care I provide is designed to help your body learn to improve itself—growing beyond old patterns and reaching a higher, more efficient level of self-organization. If you’re curious to learn more, I’d be happy to discuss how this approach may support your health and well-being.

At its simplest, a vertebral subluxation is a misalignment or restriction in the spine that alters nerve communication. When a spinal segment doesn’t move as it should, it can create pressure or tension on the surrounding nerves, changing the way signals travel between the brain and body. This can affect everything from muscle coordination to organ function and overall adaptability.
A subluxation isn’t just a structural issue—it’s a reflection of how your nervous system is adapting to stress. The Australian Spinal Research Foundation describes it as "a diminished state of being, comprising a state of reduced coherence, altered biomechanical function, altered neurological function, and altered adaptability." This means that when stress—whether physical, emotional, or chemical—overwhelms the body, the nervous system may create patterns of tension and restriction to compensate. While this response helps in the short term, over time, it can lead to discomfort, reduced flexibility, and a decreased ability to recover from daily challenges.
Chiropractic care works by gently restoring balance to the nervous system, allowing your body to reorganize and release the tension patterns associated with subluxations. Instead of forcing change, my approach facilitates your body's ability to shift naturally back into a state of ease and adaptability.
Sustainable change requires more than just adjustments—it’s about addressing the underlying stressors that contributed to the subluxation in the first place. This is why my intake process and regular evaluations go beyond symptom relief. By understanding your health history, movement patterns, and lifestyle factors, we can create a strategy that supports your long-term well-being, not just temporary relief.

I do not work with insurance of any kind. There are no billing codes established for NetworkSpinal Care, and because this care is not a treatment for a diagnosed condition, it is not considered a billable service for insurance (including health, accident, or injury claims). This means I cannot provide superbills or insurance claims for NetworkSpinal care, which is the primary approach in my office.
For more traditional chiropractic services, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. However, coverage will vary depending on your provider and policy.
Most practice members find my care to be affordable, often comparable to what they would pay in copays for a specialist. I also offer “no interest when paid in full” financing through CareCredit, making it easier to fit even the most immersive care plans into your budget.
If you have questions about payment options or how to make care more accessible, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help you find the best path forward.

One of the most common questions I hear is, “Can NetworkSpinal Care help me with ____ condition?”
The truth is, NetworkSpinal Care is not a treatment for any specific condition. What it does is enhance the way your nervous system functions, allowing your body to better regulate, adapt, and heal itself. Every function of your body—whether it's digestion, immune response, emotional processing, or recovery from injury—depends on the ability of your nervous system to communicate clearly and respond effectively to change.
Rather than focusing on treating conditions, NetworkSpinal helps create a state of greater ease, adaptability, and coherence, which can influence a person’s overall health in profound ways. Many people experience significant improvements in symptoms, but the extent to which your body resolves a particular condition depends on many factors, including lifestyle, stress levels, and overall nervous system integrity. This is where we focus—helping your nervous system become more efficient, so your body has a greater capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.

Every person’s experience is unique. Some people feel changes after their first session, while for others, the shifts happen gradually over time. Healing and transformation are not linear processes—your nervous system will adapt at the pace that’s right for you.
Many people start to notice better stress resilience, improved posture, and greater body awareness within the first few weeks. The longer you stay engaged in care, the more refined your body’s ability to self-regulate becomes, allowing you to build long-term adaptability and ease.

After a session, you may feel a deep sense of relaxation, increased energy, or a greater awareness of your body. Some people notice shifts in breathing, movement patterns, or emotional releases as their nervous system processes and integrates the care.
Over time, you’ll likely experience improved flexibility, less tension, and a greater sense of ease in your body and mind. Each session builds upon the last, helping you cultivate a new baseline of wellness.
When your body is still holding a lot of tension, you may have a greater awareness of it after a care session and feel aches and pains in new ways. At times you may feel sore the next day as if they had an intense workout. This is expected and it’s important to learn to listen to your body’s signals to rest and recover.
It is also common to experience a shift in your emotional and mental state in later phases of care as your nervous system is connecting to and reorganizing longstanding patterns of stress.
